1. Age and legal access
SLS is intended only for adults age 21 or older. Only wager where it is legal and only after confirming that you meet the age, identity, and location requirements that apply to you.
2. Treat wagering as entertainment
Never rely on gambling as income, a solution to debt, or a way to recover prior losses. Do not use money needed for housing, food, medical care, transportation, taxes, debt payments, savings goals, or other essential expenses.
3. Set limits before you begin
Decide your entertainment budget, time limit, maximum stake, and stop point before placing a wager. Keep limits independent of any model score or perceived opportunity. Do not increase stakes because of a losing streak or a desire to “get even.”
4. Use the tracker as an awareness tool
The SLS bet tracker can help you review stakes, results, bankroll, and a personal monthly budget, but it does not block wagering or enforce a limit at any sportsbook. A dashboard alert is not a substitute for deposit, wager, loss, time, cool-off, or self-exclusion controls offered by a licensed operator.
Enter every wager—not only wins—and review the total amount staked, pending exposure, and changes in behavior. If tracking increases anxiety, encourages chasing, or becomes a reason to wager more, stop using it and step away from wagering.
5. Warning signs
Stop and seek support if you notice signs such as:
- chasing losses or increasing stakes to recover money;
- borrowing, selling possessions, or using essential funds to wager;
- hiding activity, lying about losses, or feeling guilt or distress;
- missing work, school, relationships, bills, or other obligations;
- feeling restless or unable to stop; or
- continuing despite serious financial, emotional, or personal harm.
6. Use sportsbook safeguards
Sportsbooks may offer deposit, loss, wager, and time limits; cool-off periods; reality checks; account closure; and self-exclusion. SLS does not operate sportsbooks and cannot apply those controls for you, so use the tools provided by each operator you access.
7. Step away from SLS when needed
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account closure or a temporary access restriction, contact support@slsev.com. Closing SLS access does not automatically close any sportsbook account; use each sportsbook's responsible-gaming tools separately.
